Our client, a premier digital advertising entity in Germany, required a technological overhaul to enhance online visibility and streamline business processes. This necessitated a deep understanding of their existing systems, a vision for their business needs, and the development of a scalable platform.

THE SOLUTION

At Nextaim, our approach to this challenge was comprehensive and methodically executed, beginning with in-depth technical planning. We started by transitioning the client's system from a legacy codebase with a custom Server-Side Rendering (SSR) server to NextJS. This strategic move significantly increased development speed and ensured smoother application behavior. ​ Central to our user experience strategy was the complete redesign of the checkout flow, aimed at simplifying and enhancing the user journey. This was complemented by a major overhaul of the product detail pages on the website, where both the user interface and user experience were upgraded. These improvements proved successful, markedly increasing the website's conversion rate. ​ Further innovating the client's service, we introduced a new user flow in the WZ Workspace. This streamlined the process from gaining product inspiration to placing orders or making inquiries. It facilitated seamless communication with account managers through live chat, allowing customers to engage in direct orders or inquiries based on their conversation history. ​ Additionally, we undertook a step-by-step refactoring of the Workspace. This not only made the codebase more maintainable for future development teams but also accelerated the development process, ensuring that the platform could adapt and evolve with the client's growing needs.
