YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Frontend Engineer (F/M/D), you will work closely with our development, UX/UI teams, and product managers to design, implement, and optimize scalable and robust frontend applications. You will play a key role in building innovative software solutions that meet our client's needs and drive our organization's success.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable frontend code using Next.js/React and other modern technologies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and enhancements

Analyze and optimize frontend systems for maximum performance, scalability, and maintainability

Write clean, well-organized, and maintainable code following industry best practices

Troubleshoot and resolve technical/frontend issues, providing support to internal teams as needed and implementing appropriate solutions

Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve overall code quality and best practices

Take part in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in the frontend engineering domain, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of Nextaim's development processes

YOUR PROFILE

At least 5 years of experience in frontend development, preferably in the software development industry in a senior role

Strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies and frameworks, such as Next.js, React, or Vue.js

In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs and frontend performance optimization

Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail

Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices

Experience working with agile methodologies and project management tools

Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with experience working in agile environments

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are a bonus
